Having trouble using the Speed Queen payment app? Find quick tips to resolve common payment and washer app issues.

If your problem isn’t covered below, go to Settings in the upper right corner of your Speed Queen washer app, then tap Support to be connected to a technical support agent via Live Chat.

Ensure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data and have a stable signal.

Check your spam and junk folders and confirm your email address was input correctly.

Make sure you’ve verified your account using the verification code sent to your email.

Verify your payment details are correct and up to date.

Go to your Settings and check the Rewards balance. There must be enough Rewards credits to cover the entire payment. Also, Rewards can’t be combined with other payment methods.

Note the machine number and check if it is currently in use by another customer.

Check your Rewards and account balances. You’ll need enough funds to cover the full amount. Reward credits can’t be split with another payment type.

Double-check that the correct machine was selected and paid for in the app before pressing Start on the machine. The cycle begins only after pressing Start on the machine.

Be sure you’ve opted in to receive notifications via text, email or push notifications and that your notification settings are turned on.
